Shipping + returns
We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Domestic orders placed will ship Fedex ground. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking. For International orders, we ship USPS. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. You will receive and email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse. You can also login to your account with us and view your shipment’s progress. If you have not received your goods after 10 business days, please contact products@janessaleone.com.
For shipping in the contiguous US, shipping is complimentary. For orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, and International Countries, we charge a $40 flat rate. Please note, international orders do not include duties or taxes.
We offer expedited shipping that you can upgrade your order to at checkout. Orders must be received before 2 PM PST to ship same day. Please note that we cannot control the weather, and therefore cannot guarantee your package overnight. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your package is lost, please email us at orders@janessaleone.com so we can contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.
International orders are shipped using USPS and are transferred to the local postal service in the destination country. Once your order arrives to the destination country, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal service for rates or calculate expected duties and taxes here.

Online orders may be returned for store credit only- no refunds. You must first email products@janessaleone.com for a return merchandise authorization “RMA.” No exchange will be accepted without a RMA number and prior authorization. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. Please email products@janessaleone.com and we will issue you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase for you to use for any merchandise on our website. Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is FINAL SALE.
The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Any and all items that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged).
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns in it’s original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within fifteen (15) business days.
DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items in the original box and packaging materials. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for exchange or refund.
